At Antelope Valley Community Clinic (AVCC), your family’s health is our primary concern. We provide care for all ages, from infancy to the golden years; striving to make your care more easily accessible and preventative in nature whenever possible. AVCC focuses on prevention and promoting health through a patient-centered medical home model. Quality, compassion, and continuity of care are paramount.
Everyone is eligible to receive AVCC services. We accept MediCal, MediCal HMO, Medicare and private insurance. For the uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available based on your income. Our health care guides provide on-site MediCal or Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment assistance.
Regular visits and early screening are critically important to long-term health and can make a significant difference in diagnosing and treating patients. To ensure your overall wellness, we perform complete physical exams including measuring vital signs, head-to-toe assessments, and discussing and treating problems that might be found.

We care for injuries and illnesses that are quick to begin and at times severe, such as:

Family Planning Services
Family planning services include contraceptives/birth control, pregnancy testing, counseling, and referrals. We also provide screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, education and prevention for STDs, and HIV/AIDS.
Chronic Disease Management
We diagnosis and provide treatment of chronic illnesses that require medical supervision and are often diseases that have formed over a long time. Such as:
- Thyroid problems
- High blood pressure
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Kidney problems
- Emphysema and other lung problems
Immunizations & Flu Shots
Immunizations and flu shots are regularly given to help avoid diseases that can affect your health and the health of your family. Our mobile clinics make immunizations and physicals easily accessible at our public schools and Antelope Valley Community College campuses.
From pelvic exams and Pap tests to prenatal care, we provide a wide range of services for specifically for women.
Nutrition counseling is available to help you formulate a good eating plan to help you lose weight, manage your diabetes, and enjoy a healthy diet that helps you maintain your health.
